We build software for the parts of healthcare that don't fit an off-the-shelf tool.
AMS Technologies is a founder-led software company based in India. Our first product, Medvento, is purpose-built for medical societies and associations running conferences, CME programs, and abstract submissions — the kind of workflow generic event platforms were never designed for.
One product live. More built on the same principle.
AMS Technologies is small and founder-run by design — we'd rather do one workflow properly than a hundred loosely. There's no layer of account managers or ticket queues between you and the people who actually build the product.
The starting point wasn't a whiteboard exercise. It came from hands-on experience running medical conferences and hitting the same walls, over and over, that off-the-shelf event software kept failing to solve — enterprise platforms too heavy and expensive for a society running one or two events a year, and generic ticketing tools with no idea what a faculty invitation, a CME credit, or an abstract review actually looks like. Medvento was built to close that gap, and it's where AMS Technologies is focused today.
Event management software for medical societies and associations — faculty workflows, CME tracking, and abstract submissions handled the way healthcare events actually run, not bolted on after the fact.
A short list of things we don't compromise on.
Built narrow, on purpose
Every feature ships because a real workflow needed it — not because a competitor had it. Unused complexity is a cost we'd rather not hand to the people using the product.
India-first, not India-adapted
Razorpay, GST invoicing, DPDP compliance, and WhatsApp delivery aren't add-ons bolted onto a US-priced tool. They're the default.
Founder-run, directly reachable
No ticket queue between you and a decision. If something's wrong or missing, you're talking to the person who can actually fix it.
